We prefer to take the measurements ourselves, whenever possible. We take fittings at any of our shows, or at our shop. Prior arrangements are recommended at our shop, but not necessary. If it is impossible for you to get together with us, we do have a set of detailed measuring instructions to ensure a proper fit. We will send them to you upon request. MacRostie boots and shoes are guaranteed to fit.

If you are sure you want a pair, our best advice is to reserve your production time by placing the order with a 50% deposit when requesting measuring instructions.

*We do not make boots as a first shoe. If you do not already have our shoes, you must have us make a pair for you before we make your boots.

** We try to have repairs back within two weeks, except when we are exhibiting at shows.
