Durability and comfort mark this model for years of faithful service. The moccasin toe bottom is cut from 7-8 ox. bullhide and hand-fit to form a cradle of leather. The vamp, or plug, which is gusseted to keep out the elements, is also of 7-8 oz. bullhide, hand-fit and -stitched. HH leather uppers afford flexibility at the ankle. The back stay acts as a built-in shoe horn. A neoprene crepe sole is standard. The Town and Country offers a bit more protection than the Oxford, making it an ideal year-round shoe. |
